Files on the disc are dated December of 1996. I obtained the disc and images from archive.org. While the product box says Atomic Edition, the only levels covered in the guide are from Episode 4: The Birth. I still need to verify if this disc matches this product box, or if it was mis-identified by the original uploader.

This is one of the earliest products from GameWorks and has a very basic UI. This release only includes level maps and video guides. Products released after this would include printable walkthroughs, hints, tips, and other extra content. While all of their other releases have included a women as the main host this one has a male, Danny Spartan.
